In 2004, Catalyst was created to help those better understand and utilize the rapidly evolving technologies available to us as consumers and business owners. Catalyst immediately began offering both hardware and software sales, installation, and support. Coupled with on-site training, Catalyst empowered its customers to learn one on one in their production or working environments. We have since evolved into a digital transformation provider, with the ability to offer a vast array of products and services, with a focus on IT Maintenance and Security.

Founder, Catalyst Services
Jon Molfese is a former Chief Technology Officer but a Computer Engineer at heart.
He quickly became Microsoft certified, Apple certified, and AVAD certified prior to beginning his career at a multimedia sales and installation company. During his time here, Jon gained experience in Network Security, while installing and maintaining video editing, multimedia creation tools, and SAN solutions.
Jon Molfese’ work was quickly recognized as efficient, effective, and steadfast. This allowed him to provide installation and support at the major Television and Radio Stations and advertising agencies in Chicago. Now, he strives to pass on his knowledge and experience in computer/network administration management, technical support, and enterprise software to help people achieve their goals while navigating the intersection of business and technology.
Over time, this enviable network coupled with his vast experience evolved into Catalyst.
